KATHMANDU- The trophy for the Nepal Volleyball League (NVL), Nepal’s first men’s franchise volleyball competition, has been unveiled ahead of its inaugural edition.
Lalitpur Metropolitan City Mayor Chiribabu Maharjan unveiled the trophy at the Patan Durbar area in Lalitpur.
The trophy was also displayed at Basantapur Durbar area in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Organised by Kedia Group, the first edition of the NVL will be held from Sepetmber 4- 12.
Six teams will compete in the league: Sagarmatha Smashers, Madhesh Warriors, Kathmandu Reds, Annapurna Spiker Kings, Karnali Shivraj and Khaptad Falcons Sudurpaschim.
